3.44. The Wrap Up

This is a request from Dave Norton, and it opens after you finish The Bureau Raid. Meet Dave at the Kortz Center in Pacific Bluffs, and a shootout breaks out among Steve Haines, Sanchez, IAA agents, an FIB tactical team, and a Merryweather Buzzard. Protect Dave and get out.

  • Balcony escape
  • When the shootout starts, get out along the balcony as Michael. After you split from Dave, fall back behind cover when the Merryweather Buzzard closes in.
  • Trevor's sniping
  • The screen switches to Trevor. From high ground across the way, shoot the Buzzard pilot with the sniper rifle and cover Dave as he crosses the courtyard.
  • Once Dave reaches cover, you can choose to stay on Trevor or switch back to Michael. As Trevor, take out the FIB agents and the second Merryweather helicopter to open Michael's path, and as Michael you fight your way down to the courtyard yourself.
  • The parking garage and Morningwood
  • When you reach the parking garage with Dave, Dave leaves on his own and Michael drives out alone. A last Merryweather helicopter sticks with you, so lose it or shoot it down.
  • Trevor calls and says to meet behind the pawn shop in Morningwood. You fail if you enter Morningwood with a wanted level, so lose the police first. The mission is complete when you reach the pawn shop.
  • If you have also finished Reuniting the Family, Lamar Down opens.
  • Gold medal
  • Finish within 7 minutes
  • 18 headshots
  • Shoot down the pursuing helicopter
  • When you drive out, you have to bring down the helicopter that follows instead of losing it.
  • Reasons for failure
  • A protagonist dies or is busted, Dave dies, or you leave Dave behind
  • You enter Morningwood with a wanted level
