3.19. Dead Man Walking

It opens after you finish Fame or Shame. On Dave Norton's request, Michael is delivered to the coroner's office the IAA is guarding while playing dead, and he checks on Ferdinand Kerimov, who was announced dead.

Galileo Observatory
After talking with Dave, Michael is hit with a baton and passes out.
Wearing body armor beforehand makes the fight afterward much easier. If you are still in the story, there is one near the observatory.
Search the coroner's office
You wake up in a body bag at the coroner's office in Strawberry. You have to get up before the coroner cuts you open. If you are late, Michael dies and you fail.
Choke one coroner and the other runs. Drop the guard who shows up soon with a stealth attack.
As you check the bodies, you find one tagged with Kerimov's name, but she is a Black woman, so it is not him.
Escape the coroner's office
When the guards pile in, fight through the ground floor, go up to the second floor, and get your clothes and weapons back.
Shoot out a window and jump down into the dumpster below. Grab a car such as a Felon or a Baller and lose the police.
Meet Franklin
After you lose the wanted level, go to the oil derrick in El Burro Heights and meet Franklin.
When the talk ends and Franklin leaves, you finish.
Gold medal
Accuracy of at least 70%
A low-damage weapon lands more hits, so your accuracy goes up.
14 headshots
Turn on the special ability and aim for the head. Each headshot also fills the gauge fast.
Finish within 9 minutes 30 seconds
Skip the cutscenes, and when you escape, slip out toward the back door of the coroner's office to avoid the police. A Felon lets you get away fast.
Kill 4 enemies with the special ability
Finish with as little health and body-armor damage as possible
Stay in cover the whole time, and do not pick up weapons or body armor until you have dropped every enemy on the last floor.
Reasons for failure
Michael dies or is busted, or Franklin dies
You go to Franklin while a wanted level is still active
